Role Overview

Supports and drives execution of Arca Continental (AC)/CCSWB Safety programs at the facility level and supports CCSWB Market Unit and Supply Chain performance. Conducts training for Warehouse, Fleet, Support Staff, and CMV/Non-CMV associates. Evaluates Warehouse, Fleet, Support Staff, and Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) and Non-CMV drivers to ensure they meet CCSWB minimum requirements/qualifications.

What You Will Do

Conducts OSHA, DOT, HOS, Driver Camera, and Pre-trip yard audits to stay in compliance with state & federal regulations, Kore requirements, and CCSWB standards. Leads and/or facilitates location strategic and tactical teams. Performs Safety Audits within all Market Unit locations and reports results to MU leadership team & Safety Department.

Requires a high school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent. Two or more years of experience as a CDL qualified CMV driver preferred. Successful Completion of OSHA 10-hour General Industry Certification, Equivalent or Higher Designation/Education. Zero preventable accidents in the previous 36 months. Zero motor vehicle violations in the previous 36 months.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, completion of G.E.D., or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience as a CDL qualified CMV driver preferred
  • Successful Completion of OSHA 10-hour General Industry Certification, Equivalent or Higher Designation/Education
  • Zero preventable accidents in the previous 36 months
  • Zero motor vehicle violations in the previous 36 months
  • Maintains FMCSA compliance with CDL, HOS, Roadside Inspections, and Pre/Post Trip inspections
  • Good work history free of attendance and/or disciplinary issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
  • Analyze training needs and give feedback to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge, skill, and ability in the following areas: Sales Merchandising, Driver merchandising, Cooler Movers, Field Service, Full Service, and Transport / Bulk functions
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills to include, but not limited to the following: Word, Excel, and Power Point
