What You Will Do
Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other applicable regulations. Lead safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, hazard analyses, and incident investigations while driving corrective actions to completion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Engineering, Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in safety, training, environmental management, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
- Experience leading safety and compliance programs within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, environmental compliance, and risk management practices.
- Proven experience developing and delivering effective training and educational programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems.
