Role OverviewThe Safety & Training Supervisor will lead, design, develop, and implement initial and recurrent training programs for transportation personnel. They will supervise driver trainers, recruit and train new drivers, and provide ongoing training and performance evaluations.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include leading training programs, supervising driver trainers, recruiting and training new drivers, providing classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training, administering drug testing programs, and conducting driver safety meetings.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- 3 years as a Trainer in school bus transportation industry desired
- Supervisory experience preferred
- SBDI certification required
- Commercial Driver's License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Software
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
