Job Description
SailPoint Engineer – SAP GRC/SuccessFactors (Employee Central) Integration & JML Automation. This role involves designing and implementing SailPoint connectors and integrations for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, focusing on JML automation and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of IAM engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
  • Hands-on integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central using Compound Employee and/or OData
  • Strong understanding of HR data models and handling scenarios such as rehire, LOA, contingent workers, and concurrent employment
  • Proficiency with JML automation, correlation rules, and provisioning to AD/Azure AD and enterprise applications
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell, Groovy, PowerShell, and/or Python for development and transformations
  • Experience working in SAFe/Scaled Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP), SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, REST, and event/webhook patterns
  • Troubleshooting skills across identity data pipelines, logs, API errors, and connector behaviors
