Role Overview

This position is dedicated to driving revenue growth and maximizing customer engagement for the Hydrovac Division. The Coordinator proactively identifies and pursues new business opportunities, nurtures client relationships, and facilitates seamless sales transactions.

What You Will Do

Lead generation, proposal/sales quote development, sales process facilitation, rental process management, service scheduling & coordination, monitor work-in-progress, customer issue resolution, CRM & data accuracy, and reporting.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, or administrative coordination experience in heavy equipment, industrial services, or dealership environment
  • Proven understanding of pricing, quality, and turnaround time principles
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydro excavation/jetting equipment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems
