Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Specialist for its Tampa, FL location. This in-person retail sales role involves selling wireless products and services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. The position offers uncapped commission potential and opportunities for growth and advancement.

What You Will Do

You will get to know customers, discover their needs, and provide individualized customer service to equip them with wireless products and services. Duties include facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, contacting current customers via phone for additional sales, and handling daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
