Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with wireless products and services. The role requires strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills, motivation, and an ability to learn wireless quickly.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, contact current customers for additional sales opportunities, and develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
