Role OverviewAs a Wireless Sales Representative, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will work in a retail sales environment, facilitating sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, and developing continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales, create additional sales opportunities, contact current customers for additional sales opportunities, develop continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services, and handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
