Role OverviewThis is a retail sales role at Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 700 locations across 43 states. As a Wireless Specialist, you will be the face of the team, providing individualized customer service to equip customers with wireless products and services. The role is based in Arlington, TX and is in-person.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services while demonstrating outstanding customer service. You will create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events, contact current customers via phone for additional sales, and handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
