Sales - Wireless Specialist

This is a retail sales role at Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 700 locations across 43 states. As a Wireless Specialist, you will work in-person at the Syracuse, IN location, providing individualized customer service to equip customers with wireless products and services. What You Will Do

You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services, demonstrating outstanding customer service. You will create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement, contact current customers via phone for additional sales, and develop continuous knowledge of wireless products. Daily store operations include opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
