Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will live out the brand foundation of Care for Every Person with your team, customers, and members of the communities in which we do business.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, create additional sales opportunities, contact current customers for additional sales opportunities, and develop continuous and up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills

- Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
