Job Description
The Sales Activator role at RBDC is to increase winning versus competition in Small Format accounts by driving collaborative relationships, in-store presence, and business development. The position requires a valid US driver's license, ability to lift 25 pounds, and experience in sales, account management, and DSD.

Requirements

  • Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards
  • Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition
  • Maintain and Increase product range in all stores
  • Coverage of defined territory. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory
  • Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner
  • Report non-compliance in a timely manner
  • Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.
  • Lead all market activations to in-store activations for all accounts
