Role OverviewThe Sales Administrative Assistant provides administrative and systems support to the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and integrity of sales and booking data across hotel systems. This is an on-property position that reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include actualizing bookings, processing definite changes, managing system administration functions, and coordinating client site inspections. Additional support may be needed to include administrative tasks, client correspondence, and departmental projects.

Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of administrative, sales support, hospitality, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new software applications and hotel systems quickly
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
