Requirements

  • Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
  • Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals and establish a customer network
  • Answering internet leads and responding to sales phone calls
  • Conducting test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
  • Maintaining a customer relations management database
  • Prior experience in automotive sales or retail, customer service, call center, or business development a plus
