Job Description
Join Mike Shaw Subaru as a Sales Advisor and make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will have the opportunity to redefine the car-buying experience, develop relationships, and provide exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
Contacting and communicating with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process
Building rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Answering internet leads with in the stores required time and email product information with pricing
Answering sales phone calls and setting appointments for customers
Confirming appointments
Making outbound phone calls to follow up with customers on inquiry, after the sale, and for repeat business
Conducting test drives and vehicle walk arounds with customer
Working with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process
