Job Description
Oversee and manage local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns. Plan and direct the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives. Coordinate all sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • At least 5~7 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English / Chinese and English / Japanese and English required.
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Clamp certification (preferred)
