Requirements

• Prior experience working/volunteering in sales, retail, management, or customer service type roles
• College degree or related equivalent experience
• Long-term interest in future sales and leadership opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co.
• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience
• Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns
• High energy and strong work ethic required
• Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone, in person and through technology
• Ability to work in a team setting and individually
