Role OverviewThe Sales and Leasing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the community. This position will be instrumental in driving asset performance through systematic and integrated marketing communications for each individual property as well as the portfolio as a whole.
What You Will Do
Working side by side with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure all financial goals are met, ensuring a strong and well-managed internet presence for designated community, analyzing current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects.
