Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by store management. The role involves working closely with the Store Manager to develop an understanding of Buckle's retail business and providing legendary service to Guests.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
