The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and achieving sales goals. The role involves performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, as well as developing knowledge of Buckle's retail business and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Help guests try on or fit merchandise
  • Check out and bag purchases
  • Maintain and build good guest relationships
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle's customer service expectations
