Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary customer service and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle's customer service expectations and meet the needs of every Guest
  • Recruit, train, and develop Teammates, and maintain a positive attitude at all times
