Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for performing a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management, including sales generation and guest service, teammate recruiting, training and development, visual merchandise management, and operations.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Lead and motivate the team by tracking the specific department or company tool through Performance Tracker
