Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of Buckle and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The intern will work closely with the Store Manager to develop an understanding of Buckle's retail business and excel in management.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
