Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement and perform sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service to each Guest
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Consistently maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present
