Job Description
The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement of Buckle, a retail company, by providing legendary customer service, generating sales, and managing visual merchandise. The intern will work closely with the Store Manager to develop skills in sales, merchandising, and operations.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
