The Sales and Management Intern position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The role involves working closely with the Store Manager to develop an understanding of how Buckle's retail business works and what it takes to excel in management.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Maintain and build good guest relationships to develop a client-based business
