Role OverviewCapital Vacations is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across multiple sales and marketing locations. The ideal candidate is an energetic recruiting professional with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience recruiting for high-volume, commission-driven environments.
What You Will Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for sales and marketing positions, develop and implement recruiting strategies, partner with Sales Directors and Marketing Directors, build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, and supervise a Recruiting Coordinator.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for commission-based, production-based, or performance-driven roles
- Previous leadership experience, including mentoring or managing recruiting team members
- Timeshare industry recruiting experience is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities across various locations
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through data and market insight
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require
