The Sales and Service Specialist will provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm. The role will involve assisting clients with teller transactions, driving proactive sales/referral conversations, and advancing personal knowledge of sales techniques.
What You Will Do
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately, drive proactive sales/referral conversations, advance personal knowledge of sales techniques, and provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services.

The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer-centric conversations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years customer service or sales experience
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (preferred)
