Sales and Studio Screening Specialist-CBO – LA Live Event

Requirements

• Book private events at Regal LA Live and coordinate promotional studio screenings nationwide.
• Respond to daily inbound leads from clients, studios, and Regal Business Events channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers and studio partners.
• Coordinate event logistics with LA Live on-site property management.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Conduct discovery calls and provide tailored event solutions.
• Prospect for new business and convert warm leads into confirmed events.
• Communicate the value and benefits of hosting events and screenings at Regal.
• Provide strong customer service throughout the event lifecycle and support ongoing client follow-up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
