Role OverviewJoin Bonnell Industries as a Sales Application Engineer to design, manage, and support truck equipment application projects for the sales team. Collaborate with Sales, Installation, and Production teams to ensure each build meets performance, safety, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Design and manage truck equipment layouts, electrical/hydraulic schematics, and installation plans. Ensure all components are compatible and meet customer specifications. Create and maintain DriveWorks configurators, mentor and support team members, lead custom and prototype design work, and drive continuous improvement in installation processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in mechanical design
- SolidWorks 3D CAD expertise
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly processes
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
