Job Description
Renuity is a national leader in the direct-to-consumer home improvement industry, dedicated to transforming spaces and enhancing lives. The Sales Appointment Coordinator role involves coordinating sales consultations, scheduling, and customer experience.
Requirements
Resourcefulness and ability to pivot or think quickly in problem-solving situations
Adaptability to change and performing new tasks
Experience in building trust with customers over the phone, and handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Active listening skills and attention to detail
Experience in appointment coordination- a plus!
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - a plus!
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Average first year income range up to $45,000/yr to $50,000/yr
