Job Description
The Sales Assistant is a critical member of our sales operation, supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns execute smoothly and successfully.

Requirements

  • Order entry and revisions in WideOrbit for broadcast and digital with a high level of accuracy
  • High-volume data entry across multiple systems
  • Contract/Account maintenance and reconciliation
  • Working directly with clients and/or Media Executives and managers on makegoods
  • Pre- and post-sale campaign maintenance
  • Creating, setting up, and pulling sales and performance reports
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client calls and emails
  • Aging and billing support, including discrepancy identification and resolution
  • Traffic backup support as needed
  • Digital backup support as needed
  • Supporting overall sales operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
