Manage and maintain a database of prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads through multiple channels.
What You Will Do
Conduct informative and engaging tours for prospective residents, clearly communicating the community's philosophy and service benefits. Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and referral opportunities.

Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
