Job Description
As a Sales Associate - Keyholder at America's Best, you will be responsible for selling, fitting, and dispensing eyewear to customers, opening and closing the store, and ensuring proper store procedures and policies are followed. You will also be expected to meet National Vision's sales and company objectives, adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, and work to bring the company's Mission, Vision, and Values to life.

Requirements

  • 1+ years related experience or training in retail/customer service
  • Strong selling skills, aimed at meeting both the store's and self-sales targets, by following company policies
  • Ability to give instruction in a clear and concise manner to customers
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
