Role OverviewThe Optical Specialist is a customer-facing role at the heart of the Eyeglass World in-store experience. This position brings the brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of the final moments that matter most, from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup.
What You Will Do
Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit, guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education, and ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service
