Role OverviewAs a sales associate, you will be the face of our company, assisting customers, and helping them recognize the need for our products and services. You will be directly responsible for assisting customers and contributing to building our reputation as a company that values its customers and their opinions.
What You Will Do
You will proactively engage and make a connection with customers, provide premier customer service, and maintain store appearance. You will also be responsible for cross-selling products, making suggestions to customers on latest trends and current promotions, and using a Point-of-Sales system to process cash exchanges.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of products/merchandise

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
