Role Overview

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a Sales Associate to join their team. The Sales Associate will develop sales experience with a high-energy team and become part of an iconic and growing Berkshire Hathaway family brand. The role involves developing expert knowledge and skills about Benjamin Moore's products, programs, and services. The ideal candidate must be willing and able to relocate within a designated region once a Territory Representative role becomes available.

What You Will Do

The Sales Associate will participate in an onboarding program for 10-12 weeks, learning all aspects of the paint and coatings industry, attending internal and external product and sales training, and participating in market-wide selling events and professional networking events. After the initial onboarding period, the Sales Associate will take on more Territory Representative responsibilities, including territory management, sales and revenue growth, customer relationship management, and product knowledge and market awareness.

Requirements

  • Able and willing to relocate within a designated region
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • A four-year college degree preferred, or a combination of 4 years of college and customer-facing work experience
