Job Description
As a Shoe Sales Associate, you will represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You will build relationships with customers, develop product knowledge, and optimize the customer shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
  • Develop relationships to grow your business
  • Achieve individual sales and account goals
  • Ring POS transactions and key account information
  • Assist customers with sizing, fitting and trying on shoes
  • Maintain a visually appealing and clean department, and shoe stock room
  • Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
