Job Description
At Equitable, we're hiring Sales Associates to join our Annuity Sales Desk. This role offers a 6-week training program, Series 6 and 63 licenses, and a hybrid work schedule. As a Sales Associate, you'll provide inbound sales desk support, serve as a trusted resource for financial professionals, and collaborate with Regional Vice Presidents to build tailored business plans.

Requirements

  • Series 6 and 63 licenses or willingness to obtain within 180 days
  • Resident Life and Variable Insurance Licenses or willingness to obtain within 180 days
  • High-level computer proficiency
  • Coachable demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a challenging and collaborative environment
  • Ability to pay attention to detail and multi-task
  • Flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
