Role OverviewAs a Sales Associate at Apartments.com, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital marketing partner to the Multifamily industry. You will advise and sell clients marketing solutions that enable them to achieve their goals, and grow revenue by prospecting new clients and growing existing accounts.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include business development, relationship management, business industry acumen, teamwork, and customer focus. You will use CoStar Group's extensive market data to prospect opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate.

Requirements
- Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment
- A track record of commitment to prior employers
- Current and valid driver's license
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university
