As a sales associate, you will be the face of our company, highlighting our brand and image, and assisting customers to recognize the need for our products and services. You will be directly responsible for customer service, organization, sales, inventory, and dependability, with a focus on building positive and inclusive relationships with customers, peers, and management.

Requirements

  • Proactively engage and make a connection with customers
  • Provide premier customer service
  • Maintaining store appearance
  • Cross-selling products and knowing layout of the store
  • Upselling products
  • Using a Point-of-Sales system processing cash exchanges
  • Completing various forms of paperwork reports and reconciliation
  • Be the keeper of merchandise complete all inventory processes
  • Adherence to assigned work schedule
  • Other Duties as assigned
