Sales Associate I

The Sales Associate I provides direct assistance and sales support to customers, students, and SIG SAUER employees regarding general Academy/SEC information, product inquiries, order status, account inquiries, and customer conflict resolution.

What You Will Do

Act as a direct salesperson, maintain correspondence with customers, provide technical assistance, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and upsell and promote merchandise.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of previous sales and merchandising experience within a firearms retail environment, proficiency in MS Office applications, and in-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years of previous sales and merchandising experience within a firearms retail environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Proficiency in firearms knowledge and handling.
