Job Description
Goodwill is looking for friendly, outgoing people to join our growing team! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a great customer experience, operating the register, merchandising, and attending to fitting rooms. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, basic math and literacy skills, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.

Requirements

  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, provide assistance, and ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Operate the Register: Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently while maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor.
  • Merchandising: Help create an inviting and organized sales floor by arranging and refreshing merchandise making room for new products.
  • Fitting Rooms: Attend to the fitting rooms, ensuring customers have everything they need to make confident purchasing decisions.
  • Team Spirit: Set a friendly and supportive atmosphere for customers and co-workers, building a sense of community within our store.
