Torrid is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an amazing shopping experience to customers, drive add-on sales, and maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fashion-focused and staying on top of current trends
  • Ability to stand and walk around during scheduled hours
  • Ability to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stool, merchandise retrieving pole, shoe pole, etc.
