Job Description
The Navy Exchange Service Command is seeking a sales associate to provide exceptional customer service and promote their brand and image. Requirements

  • Proactively engage and make a connection with customers
  • Ask questions and listen to customer's needs
  • Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about upcoming events and promotions
  • Provide premier customer service and cooperate with customers
  • Maintain store appearance and keep up with inventory processes
  • Process cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, and debit cards
  • Complete paperwork, reports, and reconciliation
