Job Description
We're hiring a Sales Associate to join our team at NorthPointe Wellness. The role involves enrolling new members, connecting them with club services, and building relationships with existing members. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, has great sales and communication skills, and is willing to be coachable.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales associated field required.
  • Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required.
  • Proficient level computer skills; including Microsoft programs-Word, Excel.
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication, customer service and presentation skills. Possess excellent writing skills.
  • The ability to be flexible and accommodating as it relates to hours of operation and scheduling appointments for prospects and the members.
