Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at The Tile Shop, you will be responsible for greeting customers professionally, developing lasting customer relationships, and selling tile and related products to exceed customer expectations. You will work in a fast-paced, commission sales environment and be expected to multi-task and work under high pressure.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include proactively greeting customers, conducting follow-up customer communication, understanding installation and use of all products, and tracking store orders and providing customers with product updates.
