Role OverviewThe primary function of this role is assisting patients of Optical Outlets while supporting the Doctor and Office Manager. The Sales Associate will greet customers, explain the process, assist with merchandise selection, and solve visual problems. They will also manage customer transactions and serve as a center of excellence for others.
What You Will Do
The Sales Associate will perform tasks such as taking and recording measurements, adjusting or fitting eyewear carefully and correctly. They will also inform the Office Manager of any office problems and perform all tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
