Role OverviewThe Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers. This position supports the daily operations of the Parcels Store by assisting customers with merchandise selection, maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor, accurately processing transactions, and helping promote Northeast Arc's mission within the community.
What You Will Do
Provides excellence in customer service by greeting customers, supporting shopping needs, and recommending items for purchase. Creates and maintains a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for customers. Organizes merchandise displays and replenishes sales floor inventory from the stock room as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred, or a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
