What You Will Do
Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service in The Shops at The Hotel Hershey, assist in all Hotel retail locations, and maintain store appearance standards.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older on the date of applying
- One year of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Proven guest relations, problem solving, task management skills, and organizational skills
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand English
- Must display a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and professional image in compliance with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts guidelines
